VpCI-345 is a concentrated water-based lubricant for the difficulties encountered in stamping metals, tubular products and machine parts. It is superior to petroleum based rust protectors. When used directly, the product protects against corrosion during plant processing, storage and external transport for 24 months. It is ideal for machined and polished parts that require prolonged surface protection against corrosion. VpCI-345 can be used effectively in machining applications where maximum cooling is employed. Its high characteristics make the VpCI-345 very suitable for cutting, coining, turning, drilling, reaming, milling and other machining operations. VpCI-345 can replace natural or semi-synthetic oils for those applications where extreme pressure characteristics, maximum cooling and superior rust inhibition capabilities are required. It is extremely resistant to attack by bacteria. Product life is the same or longer than similar machine fluids.
