Cortec’s MilCorr VpCI Shrink Film is a tough film that contains Multimetal Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors (VpCI). MilCorr VpCI Shrink Film provides a first-class universal protection system with high protection against ultraviolet (UV) light in order to maintain the integrity of the film itself, as well as the parts packaged within. MilCorr VpCI Shrink Film can replace conventional anti-corrosion preventives such as oils and desiccants. MilCorr protected parts are ready to use with no additional cleaning and no degreasing required, saving you time and money. The metal parts wrapped in MilCorr are continuously protected against salty, humid environments, aggressive industrial environments and against dissimilar metallic corrosion. The VpCI vaporizes and condenses on all surfaces within the packaging and spreads to all areas of the part; protecting both the exterior and the empty and hollow spaces. You will get complete protection of the stored product both during domestic and foreign shipments, thanks to the virtual elimination of oxidation. MilCorr VpCI Shrink Film, in conjunction with other Cortec products, provides long-term total preservation for outdoor storage.
