PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
VpCI-645 is a unique, concentrated formula that protects ferrous and non-ferrous metals from corrosive solutions containing chlorides. The product is designed to provide corrosion protection in fresh water, salt water, brine, and other highly corrosive solutions containing dissolved halogens. As a concentrated formulation, VpCI-645 offers, with low product doses, high efficacy as a treatment for a wide variety of marine applications and in application processes that require economic inhibition of corrosion, both in fresh and salt water. VpCI-645 is effective in replacing nitrite, chromate and hydrazine based formulations of oxygen absorbers. It is environmentally friendly and safe to use, VpCI-645 helps solve the problem of waste disposal, especially in large amounts of water.
