PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

VpCI-391 is a temporary water-based coating, intended for interior and exterior protection in the medium and long term. Once dry, VpCI-391 creates a non-stick transparent film on the metal surface, which provides excellent resistance to salt, moisture and UV rays.
This product, being a complex mixture of non-toxic organic inhibitors incorporated in a water-based acrylic polymer, offers corrosion protection that can compete with most permanent primer coatings and paints.

APPLICATION METHOD

VpCI-391 can be applied, by brush, roller or by spraying. The use of conventional or airless sprays is recommended, with hoses and nozzles suitable for medium viscosity epoxies. It can be applied on previously rusted or oil-covered surfaces, once they have been pressure washed.
The recommended thickness for dry film is 75-125 µm.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

VpCI-391 is available in 19 liter cans and 208 liter drums. Store the product in the fridge.
